The breakfast buffet felt chaotic on my first morning. there was plenty of food, but it seemed designed for travelers from outside europe, who really enjoyed it! the pool on the 19th floor was also crowded. there were not enough sunbeds unless i wanted to pay extra for a cabana, so it was hard to relax. the hotel charges extra for ice delivered to the room. I found that odd.

The apartment had all the amenities i needed. It was like home! the artistic workshop theme was really cool and well-designed. the high ceilings in my room gave it a luxurious feel. the staff were so good at their jobs.
the gym equipment was slightly outdated and some machines needed maintenance.

The breakfast had many options. I loved continental and indian selections. the staff provided great support, particularly when i needed a late checkout until 3 pm. It was beneficial for me. the location proved convenient as well.
The gym had few working machines. Only four pieces of equipment and three needed repair. i hope they are fixed soon!

Breakfast had many options for various dietary needs. They had options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. the breakfast buffet included lots of options. Every diner will find tasty items available each morning.

The hotel boasts a pool on the top floor, and it is great. parking is complimentary who drive. It is convenient. the service felt attentive and helpful. The design is modern throughout.

The breakfast had plenty of options. The egg station was AMAZING!!! I also really enjoyed the tasty cookies at the reception. It set a nice mood. The service at the restaurant was excellent, and the staff were very attentive.
I didn't like that there were very limited beds by the pool on the 19th floor. I think it's quite bad when you have to pay extra for a cabana. I have NEVER experienced a hotel that charges for ice brought to my room.
